ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Hari Singh Rao - A Legacy
of Leadership
With over three decades of experience in the jewellery industry, Hari Singh Rao
is a trailblazer known for his entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of
retail, wholesale, and manufacturing.
His journey began in 1998, when he moved to Mumbai with a passion for the
jewellery trade. Starting as an employee at a local jeweller, Hari Singh quickly
rose through the ranks, gaining invaluable insights into the industry. By 2002,
his drive and determination led him to establish his own trading business with
limited resources.
In 2003, he entered a partnership with a Mumbai-based wholesaler, which marked a
significant turning point. This collaboration resulted in exponential growth,
with the business expanding to include five successful ventures catering to
clients across India.
However, in 2019, Hari Singh turned his focus to heritage jewellery. Despite challenges
posed by the COVID-19 pandemic,
he remained resilient, gradually rebuilding the business on a smaller scale. In
2024, with the entry of co-founder.

Dilip Jain - A Journey of Resilience
Dilip Jain, co-founder of Radhe Diam Gems and Jewellery, brings a wealth of
expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to the business.
Dilip's journey began in 1998, when he arrived in Mumbai to pursue a career in
jewellery. Starting with a job at a local retailer, he quickly transitioned into
the wholesale business, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of the
industry. After years of working with partners and honing his skills, Dilip
ventured out independently in 2008-2009.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Dilip successfully
scaled his business into a trusted name in the jewellery business. In 2024, he
joined forces with Hari Singh Rao to co-found Radhe Diam Gems and Jewellery,
combining their shared vision and complementary expertise to take the business
to new heights.
